Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

• You will receive an automated tracking notification email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Rates: Shipping charges for your order are calculated automatically at checkout using real-time USPS shipping rates based on your delivery address and package weight.

• Delivery Times: Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery within the United States after processing.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure all shipping information (including apartment numbers, street names, and zip codes) is entered correctly during checkout. Lashbrow Atelier is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered, delayed, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to USPS and marked as "Delivered" via carrier tracking, Lashbrow Atelier is no longer liable for stolen or misplaced items. Please contact your local USPS office directly with your tracking number to file a carrier claim.
